DSA is providing the complete Mechanical and Electrical design for this 34-storey Banking Headquarters tower and 55-storey multitenant speculative office tower sitting on a common podium.

There is a 3-level basement and a 4-storey podium including a conference centre, credit card and transation centre and support areas.  The Banking headquarters has trading floors, kitchen/dining areas, data centre, conferencing centre, gym, executive offices and banking hall.
