Core and shell and fit-out for this new office building which was developed by AIG for their own use.  The design was to a high-level speculative office standard so that part or all of the building could be let to other tenants in the future.

The floor-to-floor is 3.55m to achieve an additional floor within the height restrictions.  The beams are penetrated to allow the ductwork to pass through the structural zone.
