DSA Engineering provided Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health and Fire Protection engineering services for this speculative office building in the City of London. 

The project exceeds the latest Part L requirements and the carbon reduction is over 40 percent via the use of fuel cells in a CHP arrangement.

The project received detailed planning permission in 2008.
