DSA provided the complete mechanical and electrical building services design for the core and shell and "Category A" fit-out for this new speculative office building in the London Docklands.

The building is designed with full flexibility should the space be taken by either a single tenant or multiple tenants.  An example of this flexibility is that the infrastructure is designed to accommodate tenant's additional cooling and standby power throughout the building.

DSA was involved with the architect in many studies that culminated in a building that exceeds the requirements of the current Part L energy conservation regulations.
