Ben Thanh Towers

DSA provided the Mechanical and Electrical design for this 55-storey residential tower and 45-storey mixed-use hotel and office tower sitting on a retail podium with underground parking. 

The hotel operator will be Ritz Cartlon.

The retail podium comprises shopping, restaurants, health club and connections to the future metro system.

Construction is due to start in 2012.
