Boksto Hotel

DSA Engineering provided the Mechanical & Electrical design for this conversion of a historic 16th century building in the Old Town of Vilnius into a 5-star hotel. 

DSA designed a ground source heat pump system for the project and radiant heating and cooling was incorporated into the restored building fabric so that the original fabric would remain visibly untouched. 

Because it was a renovation of a historic site, EU funding was made available to install photovoltaic solar panels on the new roof.  The PV roofing was integrated into the historic design so there was no visible impact.
