Burj Dubai

DSA Engineering provided the mechanical and electrical design for these residential towers in the Burj Dubai complex developed by EMAAR Properties. 

These towers sit on plots 31 and 32 of the Burj Dubai Development and comprise luxury one, two and three bedroom apartments.

The development comprises two towers, one 50 storeys high and the other 23 storeys high.  The smaller tower sits on top of a four storey podium and below both towers there are three levels of basement parking.
