International Bank of Qatar Headquarters

DSA provided the Mechanical and Electrical design for this 38-storey banking headquarters building.  The project comprised executive offices, data centre with UPS and full standby Tier 4 redundancy, kitchen and dining, banking hall, conference centre, gym, trading floor and general office areas.

The project incorporates an ice thermal storage system to reduce the cooling load requirement on the electrical utility and saving energy by shifting cooling to the cooler night-time hours.
