New Providence Wharf

DSA Engineering produced the complete M&E design for this mixed-use complex containing 560 flats, 30 penthouses, a 185-flat affordable housing tower, a health club, underground parking, a 25,000m² office building and a 400-room hotel with residential units above.

The first phase of flats and affordable housing opened for occupancy in 2003 and the hotel was completed in mid-2006.
