Paradise Living

DSA Engineering provided the complete Mechanical and Electrical design for this 55-storey mixed-use building in Moscow.  The project contains 1,200 apartments, a retail podium with shopping mall, leisure centre, medical centre, cinema and auditorium.  There is a restaurant and observation deck at the 55th floor.  There is also a primary school on the site.

The building was designed to have internal sky gardens so that every apartment had at least one exposure into the garden.  The naturally ventilated sky gardens enabled the occupants to have a year-round "outdoor" space within the harsh Moscow climate.

A central energy centre provided all heating, cooling and electricity with a tri-generation system.
