DSA Engineering provided the complete Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health and Fire Protection engineering services for the fit-out of this pre-let totally refurbished office building which was stripped down to its bare columns and floor slabs.  A completely new facade and building systems were installed. 

DSA represented the tenant during the pre-let negotiations and then provided the Category A and Category B fit-out designs for this major law firm.
