The DSA Engineers provided the complete core and shell design for this 34-storey all-glass tower incorporating a conference centre as its podium. 

The tower includes a 10-storey hotel above the podium, and a 20-storey residential tower above the hotel.  This £100 million mixed-use project in the London Docklands was completed as a design and build contract, with the DSA engineers retained by the owner to provide peer review and a watching brief over the design and build contractor.
