David is a Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager on DSA Engineering projects that require state-of-the-art energy conserving systems. Recognised as one of the world's leading experts in the design of high technology and energy conservation, David has been frequently consulted on projects that demand innovative engineering solutions.

David has had a broad range of experience including high-rise projects such as the 92-storey Hermitage Towers in Paris, the 110-storey Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur and the 50-storey Hilton Tower in Manchester, complex banking centres including the Goldman Sachs International Headquarters and First Bank of Chicago Headquarters in London; and zero carbon buildings such as the new Royal Mail prototype sorting centre, the Gota Dam residence and the new Larnaca Airport in Cyprus.

Tim is a Director in the Mechanical Department and has been involved in a variety of projects including corporate headquarters, large speculative office developments, airports, prisons, laboratories, hospitals, hotels, nursing homes, workshops, shopping and leisure centres, major concert halls and residential schemes.

His projects include the luxury 5-star Ritz Carlton Hotel and Beach Club in Dubai, AIG Headquarters building in Tokyo with thermal storage, the 25,000m² Computer Associates Headquarters in Slough, the 2,000-seat Danish Radio's concert hall in Copenhagen, the 72-storey Ho Chi Minh City Financial Tower in Vietnam, and the renovation of the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.

Richard's role as Director is of design team leader with responsibility for the management, design, specification and coordination of projects. His expertise is primarily in mechanical system design and automatic controls, although his 30 years in the industry have enabled him to garner a broad knowledge of electrical, public health, fire protection and structured cabling design as well.

His project experience includes an office park for BAE Systems, high-rise mixed-use developments including the 92-storey Hermitage Towers in Paris, the 50-storey Beetham Manchester Hilton, the 55-storey Burj Dubai plots 31 & 32 towers, the 68-storey Vietin Bank commercial centre in Hanoi and the 33-storey new bank headquarters for the International Bank of Qatar in Doha.

Nicholas' role as a Mechanical Director includes project management, design team co-ordination, contract administration, design and specification of a wide-ranged spectrum of building services. Nicholas has been involved in a variety of projects including corporate headquarters, large speculative office developments, laboratories, hotels, high-end retail, shopping and leisure centres and airports.

His experience includes the 350,000 ft² Coca-Cola European Headquarters in Brussels, the Apple Flagship Store on Regent Street in London, the new Larnaca and Paphos Airport terminals in Cyprus, the 68-storey Vietin Bank mixed-use tower in Hanoi, and the new 40,000 ft² expansion of Eton College.

Howard is a Director of DSA Engineering and is head of the Electrical Department. He has over 20 years of experience within the building services industry, having worked for contractors, government bodies and private consulting companies.

Howard has been involved in a variety of projects including Dell Computers Headquarters in Bracknell, British Petroleum's Headquarters in St James' Square, Texaco's Headquarters in Canary Wharf, Selfridges store on Oxford Street, the Covent Garden infrastructure upgrade project, the Ivy Club in London, and the 20,000 ft² Lowndes Square and Cheyne Walk private high-end residences.
