dsa ENGINEERING provided the complete Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, Fire Protection and Vertical Transportation engineering design for this multi-function corporate headquarters building. DSA provided the design for the 5,000m² Tier IV data centre which has been certified by the Uptime Institute. 

Our design included the central Energy Transfer Station for the district cooling system including heat exchangers, pumps and controls for this 30 MW cooling load.

dsa ENGINEERING’s duties also included Fire Strategy, AV/IT/ICT, Energy modelling and 3D modelling / Revit.

The building consists of office space, sports centre, auditorium, prayer hall, data centre as well as a 3,000 car park facility.
