DSA provided the Mechanical and Electrical design for this contemporary high-end residential property in the heart of Hampstead. The HVAC design was based on an all-air system to maximise the use of fresh air while eliminating the use of fan coil units and the associated access panels which can compromise the aestetics within the living areas of the house.
