Mechanical and electrical building services and infrastructure design for this self-contained resort Island off the coast of Istanbul. The project contains an iconic hotel and visitors centre celebrating the history of Turkey. The hotel serves as a beacon and is intended to be a landmark similar to New York’s Statue of Liberty.

The infrastructure included a desalination plant, sewage treatment plant, power station and water storage. Solar PV panels are to be incorporated into the landscape.
